I haven't received the item yet. What can i do?
First make sure to contact me via Contact tab or by email at [email protected] with your order number and i will take a look on tracking information provided by Slovak Post Office. I will inform you right away.
What if the deck arrived damaged?
Since i am not employed as a mailman, nor do i have any special connection with Slovak Postal Office i am not responsible what happened during transit of all parcels.
I always make sure that the deck is safely packaged and with correct address information on it.
Anyway, you can message me with any issue and we can sort things out.
